Shipping and Returns

Australian orders

Standard delivery is complimentary on Australian domestic orders over AU$120. All orders are shipped from Aldgate, SA.

Orders are processed within three business days and shipped via Australia Post Standard service unless Express Post has been arranged. Delivery can take between 3 and 7 business days within Australian metro areas. Please allow additional time for regional locations, sale and holiday periods.

International orders

International orders are processed within 48 hours and sent via Australia Post. Duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices. Customs processing times vary.

Returns and exchanges

Our return and exchange policy applies to products purchased directly from the Adelaide Hills Candle Co online store. Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

We do not offer returns for a change of mind. If there is an issue with your candle or diffuser, please email [email protected].

Returned or exchanged goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For goods over $100, a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended.

Damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If substantial damage has occurred, do not accept the package or contact us within three business days. Once the damage is verified, we will organise the return and a replacement.

For faulty goods, contact us within three business days with proof of purchase. We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval by email. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 7 to 10 business days.
